Rome is the largest and also the capital city of Italy. Rome is among the most popular and fascinating cities in whole Europe and the city hosts the best programs and activities every year so 2015 will not be any different from the last years either. So in this article we will write about the Rome Marathon.
One of the most exciting and popular events in the life of the city is the Rome Marathon which is always held at the beginning of spring. This year the Rome Marathon will take place 22nd March 2015 from 8.50 in the morning. The Rome Marathon leads through the most beautiful spots in the city. This year the route starts at on the Via dei Fori Imperiali nearby the Colosseum. The race heads through the most famous landscapes of the city including the Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Saint Peter’s and Piazza Venezia as well and the race goes back to the Colosseum which is the finish line.
If you want to be part of the Rome Marathon note that you can only apply to the race until 5th March in 2015.
