Netflix in Italy? Now it is possible!

Do you want to watch Netflix in Italy? It has for a long time been quite hard and it has only been working using different so called VPN services and Netflix region switchers, but as of October 22nd you will no longer need such services to be able to watch Netflix in Italy!

For many people coming to Rome to visit the city and see the beautiful attractions and to experience the cool activities it has been very sad to notice that they could not watch a House of Cards episode on their laptop in the hotel room after a long day walking the streets of Rome. But, as of October 22nd this will change, because then Netflix will become available to all regions and cities in Italy. You can then sign up for Netflix and start watching all the Netflix productions available and also lots of films and other TV series. There will of course be some content that is available in other Netflix regions that will not be available in Italy, but that is the way Netflix works and that is why many people use so called region changers to be able to jump between Netflix regions.

But let us simply say hurrah for the fact that Netflix will come to Italy in a few days and that the waiting time for millions of Italians is over!

Italy vs Malta

Tonight Italy will play against Malta in the Euro 2016 qualification. This is a match that should turn into three points for an Italian team who need these points to secure their place among the best two teams in Group H. In the first match between the teams Italy won, but only 1-0, so hopefully their win tonight will be more impressive.

The match between Italy and Malta will not be played in Rome, but in Florence. The stadium at which the match will be played is the Stadio Artemio Franchi and it will hopefully be packed with crowds cheering for the Italian team tonight.

If you would like to see the match then you can try to get some tickets, but it is probably easier just to watch it in a sports bar somewhere in Rome or maybe in your hotel room. The match itself will be broadcasted on Rai1, the leading TV channel and network in Italy, and it can be watched both on your TV in Italy and online (if you are located in Italy).
