Exhibition on the work of Mario Sironi

Mario SironiThis exhibition shows the works of the Italian painter Mario Sironi which can be seen from this year October until the beginning of next year in Rome.

Mario Sironi was an Italian painter who was born in 1885 and died in 1961. Sironi is one of the most outstanding and the most original Italian painters of the 20th century. This exhibition is dedicated to his work and displays Sironi’s most beautiful master pieces such as his Italian modernism creations, his post-WWII works and his wall paintings as well.

The exhibition shows all the periods of the painter from the early days to the Futurist and Metaphysical periods. Visitors will have the chance to discover more on the best and most unique paintings of the artist and to learn more on the influences Sironi had on the Italian art. The exhibition starts with analyzing the young artist’s early days and the start of his painter career. The exhibition on Mario Sironi takes place at the Complesso del Vittoriano in the heart of Rome in Italy. The exhibition is held from 4th October in 2014 until 8th February in 2015.

Exhibition on the greatest painter and printmaker from the 18th century

The exhibition TIEPOLO: The Colours Of Drawings is on display at the Musei Capitolini in Rome, Italy. The exhibition is shown from this October until the beginning of next year.
Tiepolo

The exhibition shows the greatest painter and printmaker in Italy from the 18th century Giambattista Tiepolo. This is the first time in Rome that an exhibition is fully dedicated to the Italian painter. Giambattista Tiepolo was an Italian painter and printmaker from Venice who was born in 1696 and passed away in 1770. He was one of the most outstanding and most inspiring artists of the 18th century and he had great impact on the following generations and on the world of art as well. At the exhibition visitors will have the chance to discover more on the paintings, drawings and prints of Tiepolo. Some of the pictures are exhibited the first time for the audience. The exhibition TIEPOLO: The Colours Of Drawings is shown at the Musei Capitolini in Rome. The exhibition is held from 3rd October 2014 until 18th January 2015. The Musei Capitolini is open every day from 9 in the morning to 8 in the evening except on Mondays when the museum is closed.

Photography exhibition

Museo di Roma exhibitionFrom October in 2014 there is a huge photography exhibition in the Museo di Roma. The Museo di Roma is one of the most interesting museums in the capital of Italy, in Rome.

The exhibition of photography will show a wide selection of various pictures of the greatest Italian photographers of all time. At the exhibition visitors will have the chance to discover more on the life, work, architecture and landscapes of Italy through the pictures of the photographers. The museum displays the biggest names of the Italian photography including Basilico, Berengo, Gardin, Bossaglia Chiaramonte, Cresci, Ghirri, Guidi, Jemolo and Koch. At the exhibition visitors can follow the changes in photography and discover the new styles and methods the photographers used.

The museums shows different pictures taken by the photographers of the Italian landscapes, architecture, portraits and so on. This exhibition is a perfect opportunity to explore the greatest photographers of Italy and to see the changes photography went trough during the years. The exhibition Basilico, Berengo, Gardin, Bossaglia Chiaramonte, Cresci, Ghirri, Guidi, Jemolo, Koch is shown at the Museo di Roma in Rome. The exhibition is held from 29th October 2014 until 8th March 2015. The museum is open from every Tuesday to Sunday from 10 in the morning until 8 in the evening. The museum is closed on Mondays. Tickets for the exhibition are for 11€ for adults.
