TrenItalia have a special train named Leonardo Express traveling twice an hour from the airport to the Termini Station in the center of Rome. The train does not stop anywhere along the way. From Termini you can easily travel on with metro inside Rome, or travel on to other destinations in Italy with train. There are some local trains leaving from the Fiumicino Airport as well, but with these you need to calculate more time and longer waiting.
2) With bus
If you would like to travel with bus instead of train, and in that way be able to enjoy a beautiful view along the way, a bus trip might be a better solution.
